Text
The police commission of the town of Exeter shall have the same powers as are granted to city councils of cities under the provisions of RSA 231:130. The provisions of RSA 231:130 requiring authorization of the installation of parking meters and of the fixing of reasonable charges by vote at a legal town meeting shall not apply to the town of Exeter. The provisions of RSA 231:131 shall apply to the town of Exeter.
