Text
The revenue derived from the use of such meters shall be expended to finance the purchase, maintenance and policing of such meters or to maintain and improve streets and highways, or to acquire, construct, improve, maintain and manage public parking areas and public transportation systems, or for any combination of the foregoing purposes, but for no purpose not expressly authorized in this section.
