§ 231:15 — Assessment of Damages
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 231 CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGE DISTRICT HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Laying Out Highways
The selectmen shall assess the damages sustained by each owner of land or other property taken for such highway.
