Text
No person shall hold a nonresident hunting and fishing license and at the same time hold a nonresident hunting license, nor shall any person at the same time hold more than one of either of said licenses. Any person who shall procure a nonresident hunting and fishing license while holding a nonresident hunting license or a nonresident hunting and fishing license, or who shall procure a nonresident hunting license while holding a nonresident hunting license or a nonresident hunting and fishing license, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
