New Hampshire Statutes
§ 214:22 — Ineligibility for Limited Period
The executive director may in his discretion declare that a person who has been convicted of fishing, hunting or trapping without a license shall be ineligible to receive any license under the provisions of this title for a period of not more than one year from the date of such conviction.
