New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-I DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES·Subdivision Classified Employees
Neither the governor nor council shall be required to approve the employment, or salary, of any employee within the state classified service except as such approval may be specifically required by law.
