§ 21-I:104 — Conditions of Non-State Employer Participation
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-I DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES·Subdivision Granite State Paid Family Leave Plan
Participation in the plan by non-state employers shall be voluntary. In addition, non-state employers may choose to provide FMLI at no cost to their employees or on a contributory or partially contributory basis.
