Text

I. Except as set forth in paragraph II, the commissioner of administrative services, after consultation with the director of the division of personnel, shall be responsible for establishing the internal organizational units of the division. The commissioner and the director shall adhere to the provisions of RSA 21-G:6 in structuring the internal units of the division. II. There is established within the division a bureau of employee relations, under the direction of an unclassified manager of employee relations. The bureau of employee relations shall be responsible for the following functions, in accordance with applicable laws:

(a)Administering all collective bargaining agreements with classified employees.
(b)Representing the state in collective bargaining negotiations.
