§ 21-I:33 — Leave of Absence
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-I DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES·Subdivision State Employees Group Insurance
Employees who are participating in the permanent group life insurance program, and who go on an approved leave of absence, may have their permanent group life insurance program continued by the payment to the state of the term portion of the life insurance premium during such leave of absence up to a maximum period of one year.
