New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-I DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES·Subdivision State Employees Group Insurance
The state shall not provide any health insurance plan to state employees subject to the excise tax on high cost employer-sponsored health coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2009, Public Law 111-148, as amended.
