Text
The executive director of fish and game, with the consent of the commission, shall establish, by rules adopted under RSA 541-A, a night hunting season for coyote. Such rules shall include, but not be limited to, the method and manner of taking, reporting requirements, length of the season and requirements for landowner permission. Coyote may be taken from baited areas pursuant to RSA 207:3-d.
