Text
A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business, for the performance of any duty, or for the exercise of any power, except that in any action upon the appointment or removal of the executive director, a majority of the commission must act affirmatively. At least 10 days' notice in writing shall be given to all members of any meeting.
