There are established the following divisions, as defined in RSA 21-G:5, within the fish and game department:
I.The division of marine fisheries, under RSA 211:65.
II.The fisheries division.
III.The wildlife division.
IV.The business division.
V.The facilities and lands division.
VI.The law enforcement division.
VII.The public affairs division.
VIII.The office of the executive director.
