Text
The executive director, under the supervision of the commission, shall have the exclusive power to expend for the protection, conservation, propagation and restoration of fish, game, fur-bearing animals and marine species, all funds of the state acquired for the protection, conservation, propagation or restoration of fish, game, fur-bearing animals and marine species, arising from state appropriations, licenses, gifts or otherwise.
