Text

I.Any game protector, fish and game warden, conservation officer, or other person, who is authorized to make arrests for violations of the conservation or fish laws of the state of Maine or of the commonwealth of Massachusetts shall have power and authority to make arrest of any person fishing, in violation of the fish laws of such state or states, on any part of any waters or portion thereof lying between either of said states and the state of New Hampshire or on the shores thereof and to take the person so arrested for trial to the state in which the violation was committed and there to prosecute such person according to the laws of such state.
