Text
Whenever the executive director shall by rule or regulation, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, alter existing provisions of law, the penalties applicable in cases of violation of such provisions of law as shall be changed by such action of the executive director, shall apply to violations of the rules and regulations of the executive director amendatory to or substituted for such changed provisions of law.
