Text
I.The voters of any city or town shall vote on certain questions concerning the sale and consumption of liquor, malt beverages or wine in that city or town as provided in RSA 663:5.
II.The application of the vote taken at the biennial election held in November, 1964, shall be as provided in RSA 663:6.
III.The recount of any local option vote, the procedures for holding such a recount, the declaration of the results of such a recount and the procedure for an appeal from such a recount shall be as provided in RSA 660:13-15.
