Text
I.The commission shall cause such precautions to be taken as it may deem necessary to insure the purity and freedom from misbranding of all liquors sold. It shall be unlawful to manufacture for sale or to sell any liquor or beverage as defined in this chapter which is adulterated with any deleterious drug, substance, or liquid which is poisonous or injurious to the health.
II.The commission shall not be liable for injuries or damages arising from liquor or beverage sold by direct shippers.
