§ 172:6 — Director
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 172 NEW HAMPSHIRE SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES SYSTEM
The governor, with the advice and consent of the council, shall appoint an office director in accordance with RSA 4:12. The director shall be compensated in accordance with RSA 94.
