Text
Within the limits of available appropriations and funds, the commissioner may contract for such educational, research, case work, institutional, medical facilities, personnel and services of public or private agencies as are necessary or desirable to carry out the provisions of this chapter; and may accept for training, and may assign for training, such medical, technical and clinical personnel as may be desirable.
