Text
Detailed plans or specifications of each new or altered elevator or accessibility lift shall be submitted to and approved by the commissioner or the commissioner's authorized representative before the construction of the elevator or accessibility lift may be started. Fee for examination of the plans or specifications is $4 per $1,000 of the valuation of the elevator or accessibility lift as covered by the blueprints. The minimum fee is $200.
