Text
Notice of the pendency of the appeal proceedings shall be given to the commissioner in any form the superior court orders. The petition, so far as practicable, shall have precedence over other actions in the same court. The order appealed from is prima facie valid and reasonable. The proceedings upon the petition shall be in accordance with proceedings in equity, as far as possible. The court shall make such order or decree as justice requires.
