Text
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, or corporation to operate in this state a boiler or pressure vessel except such boilers and vessels as are exempted by provision of RSA 157-A:6, without a valid inspection certificate. The operator of a boiler or pressure vessel without such certificate, or at a pressure exceeding that specified in such certificate, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
