Text
In case of a vacancy occurring by death, resignation or otherwise it shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired term by the governor and council as provided in RSA 153:2. The members of said board shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified. The members of the board shall serve without compensation but shall receive their legitimate expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
