§ 153:13 — Reports of Insurance Companies

New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 153 STATE BOARD OF FIRE CONTROL
Every fire insurance company transacting business in this state is hereby required to file with the state fire marshal through a recognized bureau or organization of companies or through the secretary or other officer of the insurance company, a monthly report of fire losses showing the name of the assured, designating the class of occupancy, location of the property burned and probable causes of fire. Losses under $5,000 need not be included in such reports.
