Text
Every fire insurance company transacting business in this state is hereby required to file with the state fire marshal through a recognized bureau or organization of companies or through the secretary or other officer of the insurance company, a monthly report of fire losses showing the name of the assured, designating the class of occupancy, location of the property burned and probable causes of fire. Losses under $5,000 need not be included in such reports.
