§ 153:14 — Fire Safety Measures

New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 153 STATE BOARD OF FIRE CONTROL
I.For cities, towns, village districts and precincts not having local laws and ordinances, and those cities, towns, village districts and precincts whose existent laws and ordinances do not afford the necessary fire safety measures, the state fire marshal shall make and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations for the keeping, storage, use, manufacture, sale, handling, transportation or other disposition of highly flammable materials and rubbish, flammable fluids or compounds, tablets, and may prescribe the materials and construction of receptacles and buildings to be used for any of the said purposes. These rules shall apply to the construction or remodeling of buildings and plants for flammable liquids and shall apply to new installation of and replacement of equipment for flammable
