§ 153:23 — Penalty for Neglect of Official Duty
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 153 STATE BOARD OF FIRE CONTROL·Subdivision Miscellaneous
Any fire chief who refuses or neglects to comply, after due notice by the state fire marshal, with any of the requirements hereof shall be guilty of a violation for each offense.
