§ 153:16 — Failure to Comply With Order
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 153 STATE BOARD OF FIRE CONTROL·Subdivision Appeal and Order
If any owner fails to comply with the lawful order of the state fire marshal, the state fire marshal's authorized officers, or fire chief under RSA 153:14, II, or with the order as modified on appeal as provided in RSA 153:14, and within the time fixed, such owner shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
