Text
If any owner fails to comply with the lawful order of the state fire marshal, the state fire marshal's authorized officers, or fire chief under RSA 153:14, II, or with the order as modified on appeal as provided in RSA 153:14, and within the time fixed, such owner shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
