Text
In order to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the state fire marshal he may use such personnel and equipment of the department of transportation and divisions of motor vehicles and state police of the department of safety as may be by mutual agreement provided by the heads of said agencies, including, without limiting the generalities of the foregoing, the use of radio and other communication facilities.
