Text
A civil action may be instituted in superior court on behalf of the department for injunctive relief to prevent the violation of the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted hereunder. The court may proceed in the action in a summary manner or otherwise and may restrain in all such cases any person in violation of any provisions of this chapter or its rules.
