Text
The commissioner of administrative services is hereby authorized to effect such transfers of federal funds between state agencies as may be permitted by the laws of the United States, in order to reimburse any agency of the state for services performed for, or facilities made available to another state agency in the administration of federal benefits, facilities, grants-in-aid, or other federal appropriations or services made available to state activities.
