§ 124:18 — Separate Account Required
New Hampshire·Title IX ACQUISITION OF LANDS BY UNITED STATES; FEDERAL AID·Ch. 124 FEDERAL AID·Subdivision Audits of Federal Grants
All funds set aside and designated to be used for financial and compliance audits of federal assistance grants however designated shall be credited to a separate account maintained on the records of the commissioner of administrative services.
