Text
Any tobacco-related funds, including funds from settlements and grants, received by the state shall be subject to the same department and agency planning requirements as federal block grants under this subdivision. No tobacco-related funds shall be expended until specifically appropriated by the legislature. This section shall not apply to tobacco-related funds raised by the state of New Hampshire.
