§ 12-O:55 — Data and Information Services
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 12-O DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS·Subdivision Planning and Community Development
The office of planning and development shall:
I.Gather, tabulate, and periodically publish information on the location and pace of development throughout the state, including, but not limited to, population, housing, and building permit data.
II.Initiate data coordination procedures as the state agency responsible for coordinating data collection and dissemination among the state, the private sector, and the various political subdivisions.
III.Gather information for storage in a data bank concerning the data which is currently available within all state agencies. This data shall be used to provide information which is useful in measuring growth and its impact and for statewide planning purposes in general.
