Text

All of the functions, powers, duties, personnel, records, and property of the division of travel and tourism development of the former department of resources and economic development are hereby transferred to the division of travel and tourism development of the department of business and economic affairs. Whenever reference is made to the division of travel and tourism development in the statutes, it shall henceforth be construed to mean the division of travel and tourism development of the department of business and economic affairs.
