Text
Whenever the state guard or any part thereof shall be ordered out for active service, the New Hampshire code of military justice applicable to members of the national guard of this state in relation to courts martial, their jurisdiction and the limits of punishment and the rules and regulations prescribed thereunder shall be in full force and effect with respect to the state guard.
