§ 111:17 — Oath of Officers

New Hampshire·Title VIII PUBLIC DEFENSE AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS·Ch. 111 THE STATE GUARD
The oath to be taken by officers commissioned in such forces shall be substantially in the form now prescribed for officers of the national guard, substituting the words "New Hampshire State Guard" where necessary.
