Text
Members of the state police auxiliary force shall be appointed by the director. Each member of the force shall be:
(1)a citizen of the United States;
(2)a resident of the state of New Hampshire for at least 6 months immediately preceding his appointment;
(3)free from conviction of a felony in this state or any other state;
(4)at least 21 years old.
