Text

The division of state police, or its designee, may record and update on its computer system on a daily basis the name of any person for whom there is an outstanding arrest warrant or capias issued for criminal or civil non-support, including failure to appear in connection with child support enforcement proceedings. The information recorded shall be made available upon request to all local and state law enforcement agencies and officers. The department of safety and its employees, agents, and designees shall not be held liable for errors of omission or commission in the recording and maintenance of this information unless the error is shown to be the result of gross negligence or an intentional act.
