Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA Title LXII, any person, natural or otherwise, convicted of violating any rule, regulation or specific laws promulgated for the purposes of protecting the rights enumerated in this subdivision, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $10,000.
