(1)Within fifteen business days after a report is presented to the director, the probation administrator, or the executive director under section 50-1814 , the director, probation administrator, or executive director may determine whether to accept, reject, or request modification of the recommendations contained in the report. Any response shall be in writing and may include corrections of factual errors. The Inspector General, with input from the Director of Legislative Oversight, may consider any request for modifications but is not obligated to accept such request. Such report shall become final (a) upon the decision of the director, the probation administrator, or the executive director to accept or reject the recommendations in the report, (b) within fifteen business days after the
