Text
Any parent, guardian, or other person authorized by the parent or guardian of any minor
under fifteen years of age who permits that minor to carry or use any firearm of any description
loaded with powder and projectile in public, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. This section
does not apply if the minor is under the direct supervision of the parent, guardian, or other
person authorized by the parent or guardian.
