Text
An individual who performs medical imaging or radiation therapy in this state without
complying with this chapter, and any individual who violates any provision of this chapter for
which another penalty is not specified is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. In addition to the
criminal penalties provided, the civil remedy of injunction is available to restrain and enjoin
violations of any provision of this chapter without proof of actual damages sustained by any
person.
