Text
At the first meeting of the board subsequent to the thirty-first day of March in each
odd-numbered year, the members of the board shall elect a president and secretary-treasurer.
The president must be a member of the board. The secretary-treasurer may not be a member of
the board but must be a practical abstracter engaged in the business of making abstracts of title
to real estate. The president and secretary-treasurer may administer oaths.
