The board shall keep a register wherein it shall enter the name of each applicant for
registration under the provisions of this chapter, with the applicant's place of residence and such
other information as may be appropriate, and the board shall cause to be entered therein the
action taken upon the application and the date upon which a certificate of registration was
issued or the application denied.
