Text
1.The governor shall appoint a North Dakota medical imaging and radiation therapy
board consisting of nine members including:
a.Five medical imaging or radiation therapy professionals chosen to represent the
areas of radiography, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine technology,
sonography, magnetic resonance imaging, and medical imaging or radiation
therapy education;
b.One radiologist;
c.One medical physicist;
d.One physician from a rural area; and
e.One public member.
2.Each medical imaging or radiation therapy member of the board must:
a.Be a practicing medical imaging or radiation therapy licensee of integrity and
ability.
b.Be a resident of and currently licensed pursuant to subsection 2 of section
43-62-14 in the member's primary modality in this state.
