Text
A member of the board is entitled to receive for each day during which the member actually
is engaged in the performance of the duties of the member's office per diem as determined by
the board and mileage as provided in section 54-06-09. The secretary of the board is entitled to
receive salary or other compensation and allowance for clerical and other expenses of the
board as the board determines.
