North Dakota Statutes
§ 43-57-01 — Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1."Board" means the state board of integrative health care.
2."Licensee" means an individual licensed by the board under this chapter and under
chapter 43-59, 43-61, or 43-64.
