§ 43-51-12 — Foreign practitioners - Emergency practice exemption
Notwithstanding contrary provisions of law, a foreign practitioner may practice in a disaster
or an emergency declared in this state, practice as a member of an organ harvesting team, or
practice on board an ambulance as part of the ambulance treatment team.
