§ 43-48-07 — Duties and qualifications of clinical laboratory personnel - Requirements for licensure
licensure.
An applicant applying for license as a clinical laboratory scientist or clinical laboratory
technician shall file a written application provided by the board, along with the appropriate fee,
showing to the satisfaction of the board that the applicant is qualified for the said position.
